How much does this service cost?
On its own, £75 a month plus a one-off setup fee of £100. It's also included in Growth and Pro, which bundle several services for less. All prices are shown in full. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
Do you need my Google password?
No. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile, and you can remove access at any time.
How do you handle negative reviews?
We flag them to you immediately with a suggested professional response. Nothing is published without your approval.
Can you remove negative reviews?
Genuine reviews can't be removed. A considered reply, however, shows future customers how well you handle feedback.
