How much does this service cost?
On its own, £200 a month plus a one-off setup fee of £350. Includes 400 minutes a month. Extra minutes are 30p each. It's also included in Pro, which bundle several services for less. All prices are shown in full. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. You keep your existing number. Only the calls you can't answer are routed to your receptionist.
Will callers know it's AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as your virtual assistant. Most callers simply want an answer or a booking, and that's what they receive.
Can I hear it before it goes live?
Yes. We'll set up a test call and refine the voice and answers until you're completely happy.
